Until they vote the wrong way. Then they are no longer considered poor and are instead a bunch of racist rednecks.

I see it more like they view the white poor as 100% responsible for being poor, and the PoC (poor of color) as 0% responsible for being poor.

I think there's always about the same amount of hate in human society, but who is popular and acceptable to hate changes. Right now it's working class whites.
