I just ate ramen cooked in rancid shit oil. I got tuberculosis and a hole in my lung, but it's okay because I lost 80lbs in the hospital (Chinese hospitals dont feed patients). I also got Hepatitis A and between that my alcoholism, well, let's just say my livers seen better days.

I only made $10 an hour but I got a one room hovel with a bare lightbulb and a toilet (boy let me tell you I needed that A LOT — there are NO health codes for restaurants).

I can't comment on the northern cities cause I lived in Kunming but the city REEKS of fermented piss and people literally just shit on the sidewalk.

I'm glad I'm out of that shithole. At least I was able to dodge my student loans and tax liens for a bit!
