I buy a lot of Pablano's and that name brings up different results depending on -
So in New Mexico the Pablano is a much hotter pepper then found in California. However bees that do the pollination, often cross pollinate and can mess up a farmers plans for peepers to market. Home growers add to this problem.
I want the hotter versions and on occasions have a case load sent to me from New Mexico. I gave up trying to grow smaller chiles because so many are available here year round.
