Every day you will meet people it would be easy to write off as bad or evil in some way.
You should try to keep in mind that there are no evil people, just evil actions. They are caused by people who are merely ignorant of right and wrong (which is to say, of what is rational and irrational).
Use wisdom to come to understand these people. If you can, you could speak to them and bring them around to the side of rationality. If you can't do that, then you never had any influence on the matter and so should not allow irrational emotions to take hold of you.
To be stoic means to accept your destiny as it comes, whilst using the power of your rational mind to live virtuously and harmoniously with the Universe.

Adolf Hitler was a man like any other, and Nazi Germany came about for a number of reasons that deserve to be understood for the sake of the victims. If you just say "Hitler was evil", that's like giving yourself a free pass for not thinking about what actually caused that entire situation - and if the root causes of an atrocity cannot be understood, how then can it be avoided in the future?
