Why is sex so much worse than violence in video games?

Twitch only cares about sex if it's the entire point of the game. So them banning Second Life should really tell you why people play that "game".

But why is sex bad? They don't mind games where the entire point is killing people. So why not games where adults have sex?

They want to run normal, non-porn, advertisements. They need to keep their site from becoming a porn site so they can stay in premium ad networks.

Because there could be a situation where an adult is having cyber sex with a minor and that could be bad for busisness

Ridiculous. When I played Second Life, here are the sims I went to:
1. Harry Potter roleplay.
2. Buffy the Vampire Slayer roleplay.
3. Jack the Ripper Victorian roleplay.
No sex.
