OATMEAL MEATLOAF
Recipe serves: 8 | Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 60 min
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into loaf in large shallow baking pan.
3. Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes.
