EGG DROP SOUP
Recipe serves: 4 | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 7 min
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups water
1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Quickly stir in egg with fork.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Combine Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth with water in 1-1/2-quart casserole and heat uncovered at HIGH (Full Power) 10 minutes or until boiling. Quickly stir in egg with fork.
