Yeah another property. The grass patch is potentially another warehouse but the driveway would split the site in half and be retarded. And they want to buy that other property and knock everything down and do something better from scratch apparently.

Free software. VLC to extract frames from footage, OpenDroneMap to stitch it all together, and Blender to edit the mesh

It goes through the middle of the site, instead of around the outside. He wants to use the whole site for a single large building not two buildings with a driveway between them.
