CHICKEN SOUP CHINESE


Recipe serves: 4 | Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 7 min

Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
4 cups water
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 lb. cooked ham, cut into thin strips

Directions
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan except ham. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in ham and heat through. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.

Actually that is not exactly true. In real Chinese cooking water is never added. Chicken stock is used instead. Stock from a previous cooked chicken.
