Yea the other day I grabbed a 27 inch LED display from a Lab for a project - Got it home and it took me a while to find the power button. Usually in the lower right hand corner but it was on the top instead of bottom - Still cannot see it so it's just push the corner - dumb just real dumb

I once thought about getting a coffin instead of a bed because it was cheaper

You must be old. Coffins nowadays cost more than a small car.

why would you even use the power button on your display? it should turn on and off automatically.

There is no auto power function on his display because syntax is actually using an old 1960s television tube wired up to an IBM Selectric typewriter. He adjusts the bent metal coat hanger on top to receive different "satellite" signals. He still has to get up and switch the knob to off when he wants to stop "streaming" Matlock reruns.

I have thought of fashioning a very long stick, for purposing of controlling from a distance more than proximal, a distance fancifully called "remote" perhaps

With that kind of technology you could have powers beyond that of normal men. Your innovation could redefine the future of humans having to get up and reach for things. Be very careful who you share this with.

i think using exclusively 60s equipment would actually garner a lot of respect from the hipster millenial community.
