On occasion. Ice cream does not cause an altered state of consciousness, such as alcohol or drugs, which is what I am referring to as not beneficials to me or society

a happy me makes me do good things for society
a drugged up me might feel good for the night but terrible in the morning
especially if i did something bad under the influence
the risk of adiction takes this further
i am useless to society when i am drugged up

I take prescription meds for depression and anxiety, I use caffeine, take over the counter pain relief pills, various herbal supplements and marijuana. I began smoking marijuana when I was in high school because I was always a curious person and I was enamored of all the anti pot PSA's that I had seen throughout my childhood.
