so i've decided i want to make something go viral, and now that i have literally limitless financial resources i think i can finally make this happen. probably i'll end up starting a whole company around this and launch thousands of popular memes every year and monetize it with t-shirt sales or google ad revenue or something.i reached out to the screen writers guild to hire a few comedy writers to come on and help with the clever ideas, but as everyone knows good ideas are organic and can be hard to come by. so i'm going to need to use this thread to kind of test screen content before i have my staff upload anything to sharing sites. the writers think we should try and stay current and topical and try to develop a new template meme.
i've told them to specifically avoid polarized political memes, those don't have any real staying power, but they're pretty much dead set against anything with babies or cats, since those are "cliche."
they should have something ready for the graphics team by the morning and we'll run it by you guys sometime tomorrow and see how it plays.

Making a viral meme cannot be done with money. It requires genius and talent. Take, for example, my "fora" meme. It was generic, and it required no money, just my genius, and my knowledge of forae.

it's basically just good marketing is all. i originally tried to hire an advertising firm but they didn't "get it." they were like, "where's the product?" and i was all, "it's memes," and we just never saw eye to eye. but these hollywood screenwriter's guild guys, they saw the potential immediately and jumped at the chance. real motivated bunch, actually.

Your best bet is to make some really funny copypasta that will make people who read it laugh hysterically at how absurd it is. The key though, is it has to be really long, and funny the whole way through.
I tried once and it was kind of funny but I kind of ran out of steam so it was only like 2 paragraphs which doesn't trigger the "I can't believe I just read all that" feeling, plus I didn't do any research to make it more believeable. I think people may have also missed the point that the character was doing it to confuse people, not to be a pervert.
