I don't know. I couldn't even get a name before I woke up. I woke up right before the man remembered the name.
My first assumption was Trump since his main plan might have been remnants of his 100-day plan and he's now focusing on his long term 4-8 year presidency plan. My second assumption was Satan since this was a dream. The third was the reptilians, cause dream logic. The fourth was the Jews. But it was fucking creepy.
