Damore a Harvard Grad is not very wise - Attacking his employer who is undergoing several major lawsuits.
He did not care for the way management was running the company. Smart people just move on by finding a company that has management that agrees with them.
He made his bed which by his own admission often shorts the sheets. He did prove one can fuck one's self and he sure did.

Back when I first started as an Engineer I had three companies to choose from. Pay and benefits were all exactly the same. If I had Google and read how the US Gov felt (openly) I wood have decided against Hughes Malibu Research Labs.
Once inside the company of course I did hear the scuttlebutt yet none of that affected me at all. Turns out information that is still not open today on the web ends up more important. Was a fantastic company to work for. Owner may have been crazy and bed ridden and all that but he sure new how to hire great people to run his empire and that is wot really counts.

There was a really good review of the whole situation by a female engineer on YouTube. She was really bummed out to see that most news media that reported on the memo didn't read it and took everything out of context or flat out lied. Seems like a guy with a bachelor degree in biology and Masters in systems biology from Harvard can't talk about biological reasons women choose to do different things. He never said anything about their skills or could they do it, only that many women don't choose this career path. He's literally Hitler now though. Thanks left wing clickbait news media, good job.
