I have a fear of being arrested by the police for my numerous crimes. Every time someone knocks on my door I think that they're the authorities come to take me away. Probably one day it's going to spark a rampage.

i have a lot of anxiety sometimes
sometimes it manifests in fear that everyone's annoyed with me cause i keep minorly fucking up etc
that's the worst in situations where i can't leave for a bit to calm the fuck down

i try not to think about the deeper fears
