Its not 5 straight years of unemployment geeze, its only a solid year and a half, i was employed on the books at the Arizona State Renaissance Faire, and i actively put street performer on my apps sometimes to explain gaps. And three (?) years ago I was working at a golden corrall AND a dairy queen.
My job history may be spotty, but I'm not afraid to work when nessescary

it's a great idea..
a lot of people who need work and are willing to be responsible productive employees have tremendous difficulty getting hired on because of a spotty employment history..
a service like this would be invaluable to such folks..
