It's perfectly simple*. A nanosecond is simply 1/1,000,000,000th of second. If the word is spread to one million people a nanosecond, it would only take one second to spread the word to 1,000,000,000,000,000 (one quadrillion) quality posters. If each of these quadrillion posters contributes one quality topic and ten quality replies per day, the site would receive eleven quadrillion posts a day, and would thus be bigger than Google, Facebook, and Twitter combined (all of which have to measure their activity in units like millions or billions).
