It's been really sluggish lately and games are lagging. Are these request time outs a warning sign?I should mention I download at least 4 gigs of music a week and an occasional 3 or 4 movies every two or three weeks. I also uploaded around 18 gigs of video to YouTube over the past week.

My Internet is sluggish, and my one roommate downloads tons of music, if she is getting my internet slowed down because of monitoring I will block out her sites through the router.

it's just a trace route, tracert in command prompt to a couple of websites. my data seems to clog up at (a server?) at school giving me the suspicion that they are monitoring my packets going out or something so they aren't getting out as quickly b/c of that they probably think I'm seeding torrents cause of all the stuff I put on youtube

Isn't this shit illegal to do right now? Or is that still in the courts?
It sucks cause I'll be the only on the Internet but it slows down to a crawl and I need to reset my modem to fix it.

yeah I don't think your ISP can legally do it but im on college internet so I think they can do whatever they fuck they want
