I have managed to quit the gnocchi and am now only eating Ryvita for meals. I may put chicken sandwich filler or peanut butter on it. I have lost a few lbs in the first few weeks. Ryvita has around one third the calories of bread. Please, just eat Ryvita.

No! A sandwich usually uses 2 slices of bread at about 200 calories. 3 crackers has 100 calories so it is 100 calories less. I have left the 200 club thanks to this method.

Im on the smoking and coffee diet. I drink coffee and smoke instead of eating all day until dinner time. It leaves me with a caloric deficit and I lose weight.

That means all the chicken in the food is made of chicken Breast instead of eyeballs and assholes. The ingredients show everything so chicken only makes 45% of the meal?
