I have reduced my daily caloric intake from about 3000 calories to about 500 or less. I am eating Shirataki noodles, which have basically no calories, along with some lean protein, like shrimp, and some leafy vegetables. Day three, and going well. The noodles are made of yam fiber (indigestible) and they really keep you full.

Prebiotics in Glucomannan Fiber. The viscous fiber in Shirataki noodles is known as a prebiotic, meaning that it is indigestible to humans. It provides no calories or nutrients to human cells, but nourishes good bacteria in the digestive system.Apr 13, 2017

@previous (chili dog !!81dzJNNYL)
Why not? I find that they are almost like Vietnamese cellophane noodles.
