They should make opposite plugs, where instead of putting electricity into your device, it sucks it out.

Yeah. If you wanted to repair a TV or something you could plug it into the reverse outlet to remove the electricity and make it safe.

Also electrocution victims could heal themselves by sticking a paper clip into the reverse outlet.
