She is from a porn video. The premise of the video is that there is an office with all female employees. They hire strippers as a reward for the "employee of the month", things get out of hand, and some of the employees start having sex with the strippers. During one such incident, the camera pans over to this lady, who is allegedly the boss, and her face looks so ridiculously goofy that I had to take a screenshot.
