Usually I do this dish in winter months.
Because the clams are already fully cooked you really want to just put them in a sauce until just heated.
I make a simple butter and White Vermouth sauce with LOTS n LOTS of Garlic and just a bit of dry hot red pepper for some spice and pour in the clams until just warm and pour over Linguini cooked al dente - U want some bite to the noodles and for sure NOT soggy
Any dry white wine works in place of the White Vermouth. A little Olive Oil helps as well but often I leave that out - Also I save just a bit of the raw garlic to add at the very end because cooking the garlic often makes the dish just not garlic enough
For sure it is a fast entree to make

I read that as "usually I eat store brand TV dinners alone in the dead-end apartment I rent, washed down with flat store brand cola, whilst I watch sitcom reruns on basic cable". Thanks.
