All I can say is....When a market opens up for whatever ...someone will come along and fill it.

ICE Cream and Cheese yes yes...Cow milk No - Have tasted Yak milk during my work years, super SUPER high fat content that coats the tongue to the point I wanted sand paper to remove it.
