Being kidnapped and taken away far from everything you know only to be locked inside, alone, a small yet livable space that is entirely pitch black that has enough accommodation for minimal survival and launched into space, with oxygen supplies naturally, where it would remain for eternity or at least until the great heat death of the universe? Keep in mind that this box would most certainly become your tomb.

No, it would be silent and it won't be bigger on the inside. It would be relative size. All black amongst all black. Alone in the silence of space. Sound might be inside of the box which means only the sounds of your own breathing can be heard as well as whatever else is inside the box.

Sound is actually louder in space due to the fact that there is nothing to slow it down or attenuate it. (((Syntax))) can confirm this. Thanks.

Exactly. This means that there is no air resistance to restrict the propagation of sound through space. Thanks.

sound is vibrations in a transmission medium like air or water, it cannot propagate through a vacuum.
Your star tracks have all lied to you.

Sound is, in actual fact, a wave. Just as waves exist in water, so they exist in space. Thanks.
