No, but the top button is there for simplicity, bumps would work in the same way. I constantly hit the top link, then the bumps link, its just redundant. It might also be good for mobilefags.

Thats the part I don't get, tell me how a little link at the bottom would inconvenience, or bother anyone?
Its tantamount to complaining about the report link that I never use, given its on every post its even more feasible to call that clutter or whatever and given the rarity of its use it could be placed in the control panel or something.
But is it a big deal? Nah.
I guess I'm just a little surprised by people being vehemently against a bumps link. I don't get it.

One link doesn't really matter, but when it comes down to it it's still unnecessary.
The report link provides a valuable function. I bet most people have used it at least once to report spam or to4str's CP.
