That sounds god awful. There is a whole world of delicious mixed drinks out there, but unless you wanna be hungover drunk for the rest of your life its probably best to stay away from it altogether.

A good mixed drink will make you want the drink just for the flavor (they're really that good). I didn't start drinking until I was around 25, before that I'd drink maybe once a year. I started exploring mixed drinks with vodka, before long I quit mixing and just started shooting...

I don't drink anymore ;) and I stopped mixing years ago. But cranberry juice is good, also white russians and black russians. Eh, there's about a thousand good mixed drinks for vodka, with vodka its hard to go wrong. When it comes to vodka, the cheaper, the better. Its the ultimate party liquor, you can get more than a gallon for $20. Hard to beat that.
