Fact of the matter is that cannot be disputed. Chinese food you call Real - Ain't Real Chinese Food - Many parts of China end up making disgusting food and the only way it can be consumed is to cover up the nastiness using American Continent Chile Peppers. Lots n Lots of Chile Peppers.
That makes it NOT real Chinese Food when its piled up high with American Continent Ingredient.
