I think so. On is Chinese and East Asians have much lower levels of the acetaldehyde dehydrogenase enzyme so On could very well get sick from what I would consider ordinary alcohol consumption.

Perhaps you can out drink him - Probably no doubt about that because he is of normal weight and On has a job and now a full degree
