Seems to me Phone is a fonny french corruption of Fone.

so like...what does that info mean to you...cause it might as well be Greek to me..

I mean genetically speaking...folks with same type dna might be predisposed to similar maladies..notwithstanding slight influences by diet or lifestyle...but if you're talking behavior or ideology...such characteristics would be moreso shaped by the different cultures...which have been or were common to whatever geological location in which the different parties societies evolved..

or not...I don't really know..
