So, everyone knows one or two "tells" that gay people supposedly have, for example piercing one ear... the gay ear.
However, there seem to be some differences in these 'gay tells' based on region. In one region the left ear may be the gay one, in another it may be the right ear.
What could be the explanation for these phenomenae, where gay people in different areas develop different ways to communicate their gayness?
Do your local gays tug on their earlobe as they pass you on the street? Do they wear rainbow flags?
