But I regret it every time and often wonder why I'm letting technology disturb my bathroom time too. It has caused enough damage.

Plus, my shits usually take 2 - 3 minutes only. I only do it when I think I'm going to be in there for a long time. I'm a fast shitter, I know.
I also shut off my music because shitting with music playing with a laptop on your lap while browsing the internets is kind of awkward.
