Genuine for real Chinese Lettuce wraps. Chicken or Beef or Duck and if dead broke living in some disgusting place in China you can get them with disgusting meats.

As I have said many a time. One does not have to visit or live in a Sewer to have a clue how horrid such a place is.
For instance.

Photo is on one of the best quality air days in Beijing. This has the added benefit of being in a city where Tuberculous comes as a fringe benefit at no added charge except for having to pay for your food in the hospital.

I should note a quality Chinese Lettuce Wrap is available on the P.F. Changs menu - No fear of Fried Lice in meat or use of that horrid reclaimed oil or plastic rice.
