I would say it's a right in the sense that no one has a right to tell you that you can't have children. If you want to have children, that's your choice and your choice alone. However, it's a privilege in the sense that you can't just have as many children as you want and expect the government to foot the bill. There are also people who have medical problems that keep them from having kids, and people who are forever alone. It's a privilege in that sense too. People who think they can just have as many kids as they want and have other people take responsibility for them because it's their "right" make me sick.

I would think it's a right. As long as you have a penis or a vagina you have the right to reproduce.
