Had a guy in to appraise my flat today. It was going well. Ofc there was the usual attitude about them being here so often but I kept him focesed. Really thought I was about to break 303k.
Then the cuck had to look behind my Dark Souls collection and saw my cocaine stash. He gave me a shitty look, gave me a figure just under 302k and left.
What the fuck. It's fucking bullshit that a man's cocaine should hurt his flat. I know I would have gotten 303k if it wasn't for his judgementel attitude.

You'd think cocaine raises the value of the flat by the street value of that amount of coke you own. Any good appraiser would do that. Try again tomorrow.

Its proximity to drug treatment centers and places known for drug related crime can negatively affect value. Fortunately it was cocaine and not crack or it would be below 300k.

It's customary to offer a line to the appraisal man. When you didn't it was like, well, like imagine if you went round to a friend's house and they didn't offer you tea or coffee. You'd feel pretty rejected. It's just bad manners.
