Would you please write a paragraph that is in English, but uses so much UK slang and UK phrasing that a USAmerican literally cannot understand it? Thanks.

I have had USA versions from English shops - Shame meat filled pastries are not so much available in USA. Turnovers for some reason have never been popular here
