chances are the people who deliver to you are subcontracted and not even real UPS workers. in some places, there's no UPS service of any kind and they pass it off to the actual postal service.

I get a couple of packages a day from Fed X and often the driver is Contracted Even Fed X people but who drive a contract truck Or when its real busy some other service with a pasted on banner that says contracted to Fed X
I have limited experience with UPS because none of my clients use them

Yea like even though I am less than 10 minute drive from Qualcomm once my employer and now a client - I get at least one Fed X package every other day so Verizon and other clients use Fed X for all kinds of things including something as simple as what US post office could send at much less cost
