He is supposedly destitute, homeless, penniless, with only one set of filthy torn rags, and living in a beat up, torn tent under a bridge in a homeless encampment. If that all be true, then what about these facts?
1. Despite having no transportation, he manages to get to the library and soup kitchen every day.
2. He has constant, reliable internet access.
3. He has a storage space that he manages to pay rent on every month.
4. He has a steady supply of alcohol somehow.
5. He manages to somehow eat every day somehow.
6. Since he claims to post here on a phone, he must have an active phone account, which we all know costs money.
7. HE apparently has no need or ambition to find a job, nor has he had for months.

It's not like BART, but metro areas have some public transportation presence, even in the South. Or he could be inline skating in jhorts, I think hobos like rollerblades and jhorts.
