You're quite right. Human behaviour, and mental health, is very complex. So many factors can contribute to a mental health problem and treating it. You cannot simply single out genetics as one overriding factor for all such issues. That ain't how professionals deal with it.
But I doubt kook cares to appreciate the complexity of the issue. She's already set on her favoured answer: "eugenics is awesome and would fix so much".
