It's very normal. When you keep on them, your body adapts and the orgams will come back. Don't stop the medication.

I had a similar problem on Strattera, which is a nor-epinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It does mostly go away if you stick to it.

An increase in fruits, vegetables and fish oil could help. You might need to change the way that you masturbate as well.
