I am to4str. How about if we hold a monthly namefag purge where we nominate the board's biggest fucktards, and whoever scores the most votes gets fucked in the ass banned for thirty days. The purge only applies to namefags with established tripcodes; modz and anonz are automatically exempt (BTW: before voting "fuck off fgt", consider the epic lulz and butthurt this could potentially generate! Imagine if we could've done this when DM was fagging up the board with his incessant shitposting!!)
