Bombed Syria, no wall is happening, ACA is basically staying intact for the foreseeable future, planned parenthood is continuing to be funded. Really the only difference is that we got a supreme court justice and the EPA is getting defunded.
I can't imagine a Clinton presidency would be all that different except in terms of intent.
