I only delete topics that should be deleted. I do agree with you though. Some topics are locked that shouldn't be. I unlock most of those. As for topics being deleted, I don't know or see who deletes those. I'll try to figure out who that asshole is and have a nice little talk with him/her. Sorry it has to be like this bro.

It doesn't matter, i'm not complaining about specific actions, but about the attitudes of the mods and the precedent they are setting. It seems like they are abusing their limited power by simply deleting things that they don't like, regardless of the quality or potential for discussion.

I'll clarify my position on moderation: I prefer it to be as hands-off as possible. It's a chan, and shitposts are usually a laugh. For example, henn's topics asking what you're wearing are a harmless bit of fun.
But in the OP's case, I suspect that the topics were irredeemable shitposts, possibly what Green mentioned above. That sort of stuff is better deleted. Often, it being deleted results in trolls like the OP here trying to start drama. Of course the definition of an 'irredeemable' shitpost is subjective, but I think that the mods use their powers correctly, in most cases.
