This time-delayed blog posting thing will really revolutionize suicide. You can cancel it if you decide to back out, and if you go through with it people aren't notified until you're already dead so they can't try to talk you out of it.
I wonder how he did it. I think hanging is the best way. Cheap, quiet, quick, very effective, easy to access and leaves a presentable body.

Erowid says the LD50 of Benadryl is 500mg/kg of body weight. If Autphag weighed 100kg he'd need 50,000mg of Benadryl. That bottle of children's Benadryl is 12.5mg/5ml solution with a total of 295mg in the whole bottle. So for a 50/50 shot of dying, Autphag would need to drink 166 bottles of children's Benadryl.
