It's a pretty dick move not to leave a note. I guess if you had no family or friends it doesn't matter but if you do you have to leave a note, at least to assure them it wasn't cause of anything they did or said.

Ir you leave a note, you'll be helping the police out. If you don't, they'll have to open an investigation and it makes things more difficult for them. I doubt the police will care about your angsty message, but they will be thankful.

That's how I'd prefer to do it. I think it's easier on people if they just slowly realize you're gone and eventually decide you must be dead when they come to terms with your absence, rather than having it be a definite fact that your life ended and have them wondering why you did it.

Oh I definitely want my body found. The main focus is on an end to my struggling. I would want my body found as quickly as possible so as to be in a state that is as least unsightly as possible.
