He said that even Hitler didn't use chemical weapons...Which if you ignore the Holocaust I guess might be true. When someone pointed out the Holocaust, Spicer said he realized that Hitler sent people to "Holocaust centers".

Can you imagine what it's doing to his health? Every fucking day he has to face the press and try to justify Trump's bullshit. Most of the press briefings turn into shouting matches and Spicer looks like he's about to have a stroke by the end.
I mean, if you're mad at him, then you can perhaps take some perverse satisfaction knowing that his job is probably taking years off of his life.

Oh no I'm not mad at him and I don't see him lasting more than enough year because his job sucks, but he is a bad person for taking the job in the first place.

Which is a problem because his job as press secretary is to explain things in a way that doesn't make the white house look bad. Forgetting the Holocaust involved gassing civilians, on the first day of Pesach, is basically the worst you can do.
Not to mention that underlying all this is probably a slow drumbeat build up to war with Assad. After all, if there is a dictator who is doing worse things than HITLER, well, I don't see how we can just sit idly by and let that happen. This whole thing sucks and this whole administration is awful.
