i can keep it clean simply by washing it. if i ever have to have it flushed it out internally it's because i've either really, really fucked up or found some kinky chick with weird fetishes. it's just not a part of normal operation, and honestly i don't even know what the procedure would be for doing so if it ever needed to be done, and i think that's just fine by me.
