I am a 16 year old male and I have bacne and acne and I'm kinda fat, really self conscious, and I have to change for gym class with about 50 other boys, which I hate. What can I do?

I'm not really like that though, I was raised sheltered and when someone starts to attack me verbally or physically I usually just back off. I've never even BEEN in the changeroom because I didn't have my gym clothes, I was thinking of wearing my shorts under my pants, and then just putting them back on after, but people might think that's weird, plus I have gym first period, so then I'd have 6 hours of sweaty shorts under my jeans which probably wouldn't smell too good.

I don't know what to do, and every day that I DON'T change I lose 5 "points" to my final grade, which isn't good. Plus, we are doing fitness testing, I can run in my jeans and do better then some people in that class, I just don't like changing.
