Your holy job search is one that should always be based on what you have to offer holy employers rather than the colour of your "skin". Unfortunately, we know that "black people" are sometimes violently discriminated against in the workplace. WE want to *change* that to whatever extent WE can. That is why "Diversity Jobs" insists that any holy employer who lists with us already has a non-discrimination non-hatred policy in place.
