Pooling their explanations, it seems that "dadrock" is apparently defined as:

"Rock music which isn't necessarily rock music and which is listened to by dads who aren't necessarily dads who are aged between 19 and 90 and incorporates artists such as Mozart, Schubert, The Who, and Blink-182".
